Puerto Banús Web Design

Websites for customers who are already in the port
Most people who look up a Puerto Banús business are already here: on the quay, at a café on Plaza Antonio Banderas or stepping off a boat, phone in hand. Good web design in Puerto Banús answers their question in seconds (are you open, can I book, how do I find you) and turns that search into a booking before they walk on to the next door.
Gibraltar Web Studio builds websites for charter companies, marine trades, boutiques, bars, beach clubs and holiday-let owners in and around the marina. Our studio is in Gibraltar, not in the port: projects run over WhatsApp, email and video, and we come to Puerto Banús by arrangement for meetings and photo shoots.
A port with its own calendar
José Banús opened the marina in 1970. Today it has 915 berths for boats from 8 to 50 metres, a boatyard with a 50-tonne travelift, a chandlery, and charter and yacht brokers along the quays. Visitors come from the UK and northern Europe, the Gulf, Russia and the rest of Spain, and the number of people in the port climbs steeply in July and August. A website here has to cope with that peak and still be worth opening in February.
What your website needs to do here
Bring people to your door
A Google Maps listing that matches your site, directions from the quay or Plaza Antonio Banderas, parking notes and opening hours you can change yourself as the season moves.
Take the booking there and then
Charter enquiries, table reservations, guest lists and boutique appointments sent from a phone in under a minute, with a confirmation straight back.
Speak your visitors' languages
English, Spanish or both, written by our team, plus languages such as Arabic or Russian when you or your translator supply the text. Arabic pages get a proper right-to-left layout.
Show you're the real thing
Your own photos of your boats, crew or shop instead of stock images, with any licence or registration numbers where customers expect them. We take the photos or bring in a photographer.
Websites for the businesses around the marina
Yacht charter and brokerage
Fleet pages with each boat's specifications, crew and day or week rates, plus an availability calendar where clients pick dates and send a request for you to confirm. Charter booking is built as bespoke work, because every fleet prices and confirms trips its own way. For boats on the market, we build listings with full specs, a gallery and an enquiry form on every boat.
Marine trades and services
Engineers, riggers, upholsterers, cleaners and provisioning firms need a site captains and crew can use from the deck: services listed plainly, and a request form that asks for the boat's name and berth and lets them attach photos of the job.
Boutiques, jewellers and watch dealers
A collection that looks as good on screen as in the window, private appointments booked online, and an online shop so visitors can keep buying from you after they've flown home.
Bars, restaurants and beach clubs
Events listings, guest lists and table bookings, menus you change yourself, and pages that are still easy to use late at night on a small screen.
Holiday lets and property managers
Direct booking with calendar sync to Airbnb and Booking.com, so guests can book with you and a date taken on one platform is blocked on the others when the calendars sync. Holiday lets in Andalucía must show their Registro de Turismo de Andalucía number in their adverts, and since 1 July 2025 short lets also need a number from Spain's national Registro Único. We give both numbers a clear place on the site; your gestor can confirm which apply to your property.
Packages for Puerto Banús businesses

Planning around the season
The port is busiest in July and August, so the quieter months from October to March are the best time to build: there's time for photos, wording and testing before the crowds arrive. A brochure site is usually ready within three weeks of the first call. Booking systems and online shops take six to eight weeks, and bespoke charter or listing systems are scheduled once we've agreed what they need to do. Winter still brings visitors, with markets and a Christmas ice rink on Plaza Antonio Banderas, so plan to keep the site current all year.

Examples from our earlier work
The portfolio below is earlier work for UK businesses, and two of those projects solved problems Puerto Banús businesses share. VegBox, an organic fruit and vegetable shop in Crosby, Liverpool, took orders in store, by phone and over social media until its website let customers order online. That's the same step a charter firm or bar takes when it stops collecting bookings by message. Reshape Infinity Fitness, a personal trainer in Liverpool, got a website with a blog he updates himself, backed by a Google Ads campaign to bring in new clients.
Close to the port, not in it
Our studio is in Gibraltar, along the coast from Puerto Banús. Most of a project happens on WhatsApp, email and video calls, and we come to the port when it helps: to photograph your boats or premises, or to meet your team. For the wider area, see web design in Marbella and web design in Gibraltar, or ask for a quote.

Websites built by our team
Earlier projects for UK businesses, from an organic grocer's online ordering to a personal trainer's website.

We built a fully bespoke E-Commerce website for VegBox. Since going live he has had success with growing his client base and has been able to manage his subscriptions far easier for his fruit and vegetable delivery business. Our ongoing relationship with VegBox has continued since development and we regularly provide the company with guidance and marketing resources.
